The upcoming 30 days will become past either you want it or not. So live them as you ever love your life to be. Commit your self. Start with a 30 days challenge with your self. Make a list and start following that. Start now whatever it could be
1. Changing some habit.
2. Anything else you want to love.
3. Change the way of your current activities.
Whatever comes in your mind. Start it now and you will see dramatic changes in your life.

1. meditate 10-15 minutes a day for 30 days.
2. 25 press-up daily
3. Do one-thing everyday you fear ( make a list of fears in your life and rate them. Then face them.)
4. Have a conversation every day with someone you rarely speak
5. Document every day with one photograph and one paragraph
6. Teach someone something new every day
7. Think 5 minutes daily ‘What if this would be my last day?”
